How
do we pay the deposit?
The deposit
is paid by credit
card or by cheque
payable in France.
Deposit paid with
cash are not accepted.
For our young client
who do not have a
credit card, the credit
card number of their
parents along with
a standing order authorization
for the amount of
the deposit and the
signature is an alternative
solution.
When
is the deposit paid
back to the clients?
The deposit by cheque is kept by the agency 10 days and is then destroyed. In case of deposit given in the form of credit card, the amount written on the contract will be block the arrival day and release by the bank credit card center if the are ant damage or cleaning.
How
is the verification
of the accommodations
between two rentings
organized
Flats are visited
by the agency staff
and by a cleaning
company between the
departure of the clients
and the arrival of
the newcomers. The
checking is done in
presence of the tenants
between 10 am to 5pm.
When
is the check-out done?
An inventory and an
observation form will
be handed over on
the arriving day.
They have to be completed
and given back to
the agency within
48 hours. No claim
will be considered
after this delay and
the responsibility
of the tenant will
be taken.
When
do we have to leave
the flat?
The new tenants will
take possession of
the flat from 5pm
on the arriving day.
Clients can take care
of the arriving formalities
(paying the deposit…)
from 9am, but the
keys are not given
before 5pm. We recommend
you to enjoy the day
for skiing as it is
the least busy day
of the week or enjoy
the sport center and
to leave your luggage
at one of the baggage
lockers.
We
arrive in Val Thorens
when the agency is
closed, how do we
get the keys to our
flat?
An estate agent
is not a hotel with
a reception opened
24 hours a day. Therefore
under certain circumstances
only and after having
contacted the agency
something can be organized
for you to obtain
the Keys. We invite
you to deal with this
problem before arriving
and contact our renting
services.
