Arrivals - departures

The day the guests changeover (normally on Saturday) Val Thorens looks a little like an anthill that someone has accidentally kicked. The flats have to be vacated before 10 am and will be available for the next customers by 5pm.

During the period between 10am to 5pm, we actively check and tidy the flats for the newcomers.

If, due to some travel constraints or by choice, you wish to arrive earlier and to leave later, you will unfortunately not be able to occupy your flat. We would recommend that you enjoy the day skiing as it is less busy on Saturday, or relax in the sport center while leaving your luggage at the resort.

A well organized holiday alleviates the stress on the arrival day. Do not hesitate to pre-book services such as ski passes, ski equipment, parking space, TV… Check the traffic on your way to Val Thorens with the traffic information and of course, do not forget to equip your car with the appropriate equipment in case of snow.

Traveling around by car and parking

Our winter resort wants to offer comfort and security to pedestrians, for this reason parking on the street of Val Thorens is forbidden. Drivers however are allowed to park inside the resort to unload their luggage. Then, they have to park their car in the available car parks of the resort.

We invite you to book your parking space in advance to Val Thorens Immobilier (limit of parking spaces available) or directly to the Valthoparc.
